As we know, trust is essential when making purchases.
It is true that, over the years, other values such as price or accessibility have gained importance and balanced the scales fairly evenly, and I wonder:
Would you buy from a very accessible online store that you don’t trust because of its design? Would you buy from a cheaper online store if you had doubts about its origin or it used an external shopping cart?

Most users would say no. But what if I ask: would you buy a slightly more expensive product from an online store if the site seemed more trustworthy than another with lower prices?
Today, trust sells more than other factors, and in an online store we can’t convey it by talking to customers face to face, so we have to use other methods to build the trust that lets us sell more. For example, a quality structure, clear and concise designs, colors suited to our product and market, well-crafted banners, constantly updated information and references from other buyers.
Here, many external companies can help us by requesting reviews from users who have bought from our store, who then leave a written account and rating of their purchase experience on their platforms.
The proliferation of these companies and their offers shows how much trust matters to users when deciding whether to buy from your store or a competitor’s.
Shall we win those sales?
