Experiment-driven conversion rate optimization
Buying more traffic keeps getting more expensive. CRO, or conversion rate optimization, improves what happens when that traffic arrives: more visitors find what they’re looking for, trust you and complete the purchase or form. At TRILOGI we approach it methodically: analytics to see where people drop off, heatmaps and recordings to understand why, prioritized hypotheses and A/B experiments to validate what works before making any permanent change. We use AI to analyze behavior and generate variants, but every decision is made with data from your own users.

The challenge
Signs you need CRO
- Symptom 1
Traffic that doesn’t convert
Campaigns bring in visits, but sales don’t grow at the same pace as spend.
- Symptom 2
Checkout abandonment
Many users add to cart and disappear during checkout.
- Symptom 3
Opinion-driven changes
The design changes based on internal preferences, without knowing whether it improves or worsens results.
- Symptom 4
Data nobody analyzes
You have analytics installed, but nobody turns that data into concrete actions.
Every click tells a story. We actually listen.
What we do
What we do in CRO
An ongoing program of analysis, hypotheses and experimentation.
Conversion audit
We review your website’s analytics, usability, speed, trust and messaging. We identify the friction points with the biggest impact on sales.
Funnel analysis
We measure every step of the journey, from entry to order or lead, by device and by source. We know exactly where people drop off.
Heatmaps and recordings
We observe clicks, scrolling and real sessions to understand why people abandon. We complement this with on-site surveys when useful.
Prioritized hypotheses
We turn findings into hypotheses scored by impact, confidence and effort. We tackle first what can move the needle most.
A/B testing and experimentation
We design, build and launch experiments with statistical rigor. Only what proves to be an improvement gets rolled out.
AI personalization
We adapt messages, recommendations and page elements by segment and behavior. AI helps us generate and test more variants in less time.

Frequently asked questions
What we’re often asked.
What is CRO, or conversion rate optimization?
CRO is the discipline of increasing the percentage of visitors who take a valuable action, such as buying, signing up or requesting information. It combines analytics, user research and experimentation to identify what holds conversion back and validate changes that improve it, instead of redesigning blindly.
What is an A/B test?
It’s an experiment where some users see the current version of a page and others see a variant with one specific change. By comparing the results with statistical rigor, we know whether the change improves conversion. That way, decisions are based on your users’ real behavior.
How much traffic do I need for CRO?
Reliable A/B tests require a minimum volume of visits and conversions; if your traffic is low, experiments take longer to conclude. In those cases we prioritize the audit, qualitative analysis and best-practice improvements, and reserve testing for the highest-volume pages.
Does CRO affect SEO?
Done right, it doesn’t hurt it and often helps, because it improves user experience. We use testing tools that follow search engine guidelines, avoid misleading content and take care of load speed. Plus, winning variants are permanently built into the code.
How soon will I see results?
The first improvements can come right after the audit, by fixing obvious issues. Experiments need weeks to reach reliable results. We don’t guarantee a specific percentage, but we do guarantee an ongoing, measurable program where every test delivers a learning, even if the variant doesn’t win.
