Data analytics and dashboards for better decisions

Almost every company has data; few have answers. Information is scattered across the online store, the CRM, the ERP, ad platforms and several spreadsheets, and every report tells a different story. Our advanced analytics service starts with the essentials: agreeing on which indicators matter and how they are calculated. Then we make sure measurement is reliable, unify the sources and build dashboards anyone on the management committee can understand. AI adds a new layer: it detects anomalies, summarizes trends and lets you ask your data questions as you would an analyst.

The challenge

Signs your analytics needs a review

  1. 01

    Numbers that don’t add up

Sales in the store, in GA4 and in the ERP don’t match, and meetings are spent arguing over which figure is right.

  2. 02

    Gaps in measurement

Ad blockers, cookie consent and restrictive browsers cause you to lose part of your conversions.

  3. 03

    Manual reports

Someone spends hours every week copying data into Excel for a report that arrives late.

  4. 04

    Data without decisions

There are dashboards full of charts, but nobody knows what action to take based on them.

Fewer charts, more decisions.

What we do

What we do in advanced analytics

From defining KPIs to talking with your data, all in one project.

01

KPI definition

We work with management and teams to agree on the indicators that really move the business. We document formulas, sources and owners so everyone speaks the same language.

02

GA4 implementation

We configure Google Analytics 4 with well-defined events, conversions and eCommerce tracking. We review cookie consent so you measure while respecting privacy.

03

Server-side measurement

We move tagging to the server to gain accuracy, data control and website performance. We improve the quality of the signals ad platforms receive.

04

Source unification

We connect eCommerce, CRM, ERP and ad platforms in a common data model. We use our integration hub to keep data up to date with no manual work.

05

AI dashboards

We design clear dashboards by role: management, marketing, sales or operations. AI summarizes what matters in each period and explains what changed and why.

06

Alerts and natural language

We set up automatic alerts when an indicator deviates from what’s expected. And we enable natural-language questions so you can query your data without relying on an analyst.

How we work

How we build your analytics system

Step 01

Measurement audit

We review what is measured, how it is measured and which data is missing or duplicated.

Step 02

KPI map

We define indicators by goal and by role, each with its formula and source of truth.

Step 03

Measurement and integration

We implement GA4, server-side tracking and the connections with your business systems.

Step 04

Dashboards and alerts

We build the dashboards, the AI layer and the alerts, and validate them with your team.

Step 05

Adoption and evolution

We train users and regularly check that the data keeps supporting decisions.

Frequently asked questions

What we’re often asked.

What is advanced analytics?

It means going beyond counting visits: combining data from several sources, modeling it around business indicators and analyzing it to understand why things happen and what to do next. It includes reliable measurement, systems integration, dashboards and, increasingly, the use of AI to detect patterns and anomalies.

What are the benefits of server-side measurement?

By sending data from your server instead of only from the browser, you gain control over what information you share, reduce data loss from blockers and improve site speed. Ad platforms also receive more complete conversion signals, always respecting user consent.

How do AI dashboards work?

On top of a traditional dashboard we add an artificial intelligence layer that summarizes how indicators evolve, explains the most relevant changes and answers questions written in natural language. That way anyone can query the data without knowing BI tools or waiting for a report.

Which dashboard tools do you use?

We are tool-agnostic. We work with tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or other BI solutions depending on what you already use, your data volume and your budget. What matters is that the data model and KPIs are well defined; the tool comes second.

How long does an advanced analytics project take?

It depends on the number of sources and the state of your current measurement. We usually start with an audit and a first management dashboard to deliver value early, then iteratively add sources, role-based dashboards and the AI layer. We’ll give you a concrete timeline after the assessment.
