WPO: end-to-end web performance optimization
Speed affects everything: user experience, conversion, the cost of your campaigns and how search engines evaluate you. WPO (Web Performance Optimization) is the technical work that makes your pages load and respond fast on any device. At TRILOGI we tackle performance at every layer: front end, images, third-party scripts, caching, CDN, database and server. We measure with lab data and real-user data, fix issues in order of impact and leave active monitoring in place to catch any degradation before your customers notice.

The challenge
What makes your website slow
- 01
Core Web Vitals in the red
LCP, INP or CLS outside the recommended thresholds hurt experience and visibility.
- 02
Heavy images and scripts
Unoptimized photos and dozens of third-party tags block page loading.
- 03
Server at its limit
Campaign or sales peaks that slow down or crash the store at the worst moment.
- 04
No visibility into the problem
Nobody measures performance continuously and problems are discovered through complaints.
Every second of waiting is a customer who walks away.
What we do
What we do to speed up your website
We optimize every layer that affects load and response time.
Performance audit
We analyze your key pages with lab data and real-user data. We identify bottlenecks and their business impact.
Core Web Vitals
We work on LCP, INP and CLS with changes to resource loading, rendering and visual stability. We prioritize the highest-traffic templates, like home, category and product pages.
Images and resources
Modern formats, compression, responsive sizes and lazy loading. We review and organize third-party scripts so they don’t block the page.
Caching and CDN
We configure page, object and browser caching, plus a CDN that serves content close to each user. Less load on the server and more speed for everyone.
Server and database
We tune infrastructure, versions, slow queries and scaling for traffic peaks. Your store handles campaigns without scares.
Continuous monitoring
Performance and uptime alerts, and Core Web Vitals tracking over time. We catch regressions after every deployment and act before they affect your sales.
How we work
How we approach WPO
Initial measurement
We set the baseline for speed and Core Web Vitals by template.
Diagnostic
We pinpoint causes in the front end, resources, caching, CDN and server.
Prioritized plan
We rank actions by impact and effort.
Optimization
We implement improvements in test environments and validate them before production.
Monitoring
We track the metrics and act on any degradation.

Frequently asked questions
What we’re often asked.
What is WPO?
WPO stands for Web Performance Optimization, the set of techniques that make a website load and respond faster. It includes optimizing images, code and scripts, configuring caching and CDN, and tuning the server and database. Its goal is to improve user experience, conversion and how search engines assess the site technically.
What are Core Web Vitals?
They’re Google metrics that measure loading experience, interactivity and visual stability: LCP measures how long the main content takes to appear, INP how quickly the page responds to interactions and CLS unexpected layout shifts. They’re measured with real-user data and are part of page experience.
Does improving speed improve rankings?
Page experience is one of many factors search engines consider, so a fast website helps but doesn’t guarantee rankings. The most direct impact is on users: fewer bounces, more page views and more conversions. That’s why we treat it as a business improvement, not just an SEO one.
Do you work with any platform?
Yes. We optimize websites and stores on PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, LogiCommerce, custom builds and other platforms. Each has its own levers: on some we have full server control and on others we work mainly on the front end, installed apps and third-party scripts.
How often should performance be reviewed?
Always. Every new feature, app, campaign or marketing tag can slow things down. That’s why, beyond the initial optimization, we recommend continuous monitoring with alerts and a review after every significant deployment, to keep the website fast over time.
