Data-driven customer lifecycle management
Acquiring a new customer costs money; losing them after the first purchase turns it into a failed investment. LTV and churn analysis tells you how much each customer is really worth over time, which segments are most profitable and when they start to disengage. With that insight we design the full lifecycle: onboarding that leads to the second purchase, retention programs for your best customers and win-back campaigns for those cooling off. All connected to your CRM and automated with AI, so every message arrives at the right moment.

The challenge
Signs you are losing customer value
One-time buyers
Most customers buy once and never return, and you don’t know why or when you lose them.
Everyone gets the same thing
The same email reaches your loyal customer and the one who hasn’t bought in a year, and neither responds.
Acquisition without limits
You keep spending more to acquire customers without knowing how much you can pay for each one based on their future value.
Churn spotted too late
You notice a customer has left when it’s already too late to win them back.
The most profitable customer is the one you already have.
What we do
What we do across the customer lifecycle
We combine analytics, segmentation and automation to increase the value of every customer.
LTV calculation by segment
We calculate customer lifetime value by acquisition channel, first category purchased or profile. You’ll know which customers deserve more investment.
Churn analysis and prediction
We identify churn patterns and AI risk models based on frequency, recency and behavior. You act before the customer leaves.
RFM segmentation and cohorts
We group customers by recency, frequency and monetary value, and track cohorts over time. A customer base the whole team can read.
Onboarding journeys
We design the sequence after the first purchase to build trust and lead to the second. It’s the moment that weighs most on retention.
Retention and loyalty
We activate personalized communications, recommendations and perks for high-value customers. With tools such as Connectif, email, WhatsApp or SMS.
Win-back campaigns
We win back inactive customers with messages and offers tailored to their history. We measure how many return and at what cost.

Frequently asked questions
What we’re often asked.
What is customer LTV?
LTV, or Customer Lifetime Value, is the total value a customer brings to your business over the whole relationship, ideally measured in margin and not just revenue. Knowing it lets you decide how much you can invest to acquire each type of customer and where to focus your retention efforts.
How is churn calculated in eCommerce?
With subscriptions, churn is clear: the customer cancels. In traditional eCommerce it is defined by inactivity, for example customers who haven’t bought for longer than their usual cycle. We analyze your actual purchase frequency to set that threshold and measure the churn rate by segment.
What data do I need to analyze LTV and churn?
At a minimum, order history with a customer ID, dates and amounts. If we also have CRM data, acquisition channel and web behavior, the analysis is much richer and can predict churn risk. We help you organize and unify that data if it’s scattered.
What is a win-back campaign?
It is a sequence of communications aimed at customers who have stopped buying, with the goal of reactivating them. It can include reminders, relevant news based on their history or incentives. The key is good segmentation: not every inactive customer deserves the same offer or the same effort.
Which tools do you use to automate journeys?
We work with marketing automation platforms such as Connectif, where we are a Data First Expert, as well as your CRM and email, WhatsApp or SMS tools. If you already have a tool, we start from there; if not, we recommend the one that best fits your volume and channels.
