What gets synced
Every piece of data, in its place.
Together we define which system owns each piece of data, which direction it flows and how often. Then our integration hub moves it, validates it and logs it.
Illustrative monitor with sample data. In each project, flows and frequencies are defined with you.
Compatibility
The ERPs we connect with.
These are the most common in Spain. If yours isn’t listed, we can connect it too: all it needs is an API, web services, a database or file exchange.
Brands and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to indicate compatibility.
The problem
What happens when the ERP isn’t connected.
People end up acting as the bridge between systems: copying, checking, correcting. It’s slow, expensive and customers notice.
- 01
Orders keyed in by hand
Every online order is retyped into the ERP. Orders flow in automatically, with customer, shipping, taxes and payment method.
- 02
Stock that doesn’t match across channels
You sell what you don’t have. ERP stock is published to the website, stores and marketplaces.
- 03
B2B price lists impossible to maintain
Prices by customer, volume or channel. The ERP is in charge and every channel shows the right price.
- 04
Integrations that break on every update
Point-to-point builds nobody dares to touch. Maintained, monitored connectors in a single hub.
How we do it
An ERP integration in four steps.
Data map
What data each system holds, which one is in charge of what, and what problems exist today.
Connectors
We connect your systems to our integration hub via API, web services, database or files.
Real data
We validate the flows with real data before activating them in production.
Monitoring
Every exchange is logged, with retries and alerts if something fails.
We’re a good fit if…
You want your systems to work on their own.
- Your team moves data between systems by hand.
- Stock, price or order errors reach the customer.
- You want to grow across channels without multiplying the workload.
First meeting
What we review together.
- Which systems you use and how they share information today.
- Which flows to automate first and how often.
- Phased plan, timelines and budget.

Other integrations we build.
Every project, with method.
We plan, build and deliver with the Trilogi methodology: defined phases, a single Project Manager and nothing goes live without your sign-off. And after launch, Customer Care looks after your service.
Frequently asked questions
What we’re often asked.
Which ERPs do you integrate with?
With SAP (including Business One), Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Navision, Odoo, Sage, a3ERP, Holded, Oracle NetSuite, Ekon and any ERP with an API, web services, an accessible database or file exchange.
What data is synced between the ERP and the online store?
Usually orders, customers, products, stock, prices and price lists, invoices and shipping statuses. Together we define which system owns each piece of data.
Is the sync in real time?
It depends on the data and the ERP. Orders usually go in real time, and stock and prices as often as you need, down to minutes.
Can I connect the ERP with several channels at once?
Yes. Our integration hub connects the ERP once and distributes the data to the online store, B2B portal, POS and marketplaces.
What happens if the ERP is unavailable?
Messages are queued and processed when the ERP is available again, without losing any orders.
