Our golden rule

We never promise what we cannot prove. We measure results with your own business data, not with vanity metrics.

The work cycle

A cycle that never stops.

Marketing that works isn’t a campaign: it’s a system that learns. That’s why we work in continuous improvement cycles.

Plan

We understand your goals and design strategy, channels and campaigns aligned with them.

Execute

We launch the agreed actions on time and within the planned budget.

Track

We review progress every month with reports and meetings, and in depth every quarter.

Adjust

We shift effort and investment toward what works. And start again.

The calendar of rigor

Two years of service, not a single month in the dark.

Consistency is planned too. Every month, quarter and year has its reviews, so the account never gets complacent.

Fresh eyes: planned handover of the account lead

Indicative calendar for a recurring service. Exact dates are agreed with each client.

Verified results

Your revenue is our scoreboard.

From the start of the service we ask for your revenue data to keep the work business-focused. Each period we present three comparable indicators, with clear sources and criteria.

  • 01Revenue growth

How much your revenue has grown compared with the same period last year, in euros and as a percentage.

  • 02Investment trend

Fees and media, with the same criteria in both periods and no double counting.

  • 03Revenue per euro invested

The ratio between what you bill and what you invest, and how it evolves.

Honesty above all. This ratio is not profit or ROI, and we tell you so. We validate the figures with you before presenting them, flag what’s missing and never treat pending data as final.

A team that never gets complacent

Rigor in the relationship, not just in the campaigns.

The quality of a marketing service depends as much on execution as on how the account is managed. That’s why we’ve turned that into a method too.

Dedicated Service Manager

Your direct point of contact: executes, coordinates and keeps you informed. Always supervised by Marketing Management.

Cross-audit

Another specialist periodically reviews your account and provides an independent second opinion.

Planned handover

After a while, we bring fresh eyes to your account with a documented handover and follow-up.

Everything in writing

Requests, agreements and minutes are all recorded. If something is discussed by phone, it’s confirmed by email.

No silences

If something gets stuck, a follow-up and escalation protocol prevents weeks from going by without progress.

AI in everyday work

Analysis, reporting and optimization supported by AI tools we continuously review.

Current versionv4.0

A living method, accelerated by AI.

Version 4.0 added the planned handover of account leads and results assessment with real revenue data. The next one is already underway: AI is changing how we analyze, optimize and report, and our method evolves with it.

Frequently asked questions

What we’re often asked.

Which marketing services follow this methodology?

All our recurring marketing services: SEO, digital advertising, automation, content and AI agents, among others. The methodology governs how we plan, execute, report and improve.

Why do you ask for my revenue data?

Because platform metrics aren’t enough to know whether marketing is growing your business. With your revenue data, aggregated and with no personal information, we can measure what matters and make better decisions.

What does the monthly report include?

The trend of the agreed KPIs, the actions taken, what worked and what didn’t, and the next steps. We present it in a meeting and close it with minutes of the agreements.

Why do you change Service Managers?

To bring fresh eyes to long-standing accounts. The handover is planned in advance, documented and followed up, so you won’t notice any interruption.

What if we can’t share the data with you?

We keep working with the indicators available and note this in reports and minutes. We never present figures we can’t verify as results.
