Consulting

A sales funnel that’s designed, not improvised

Many companies have scattered marketing actions: some advertising, a form, a newsletter, a sales team that calls when it can. What’s missing is the system that ties them together. Sales funnel design means defining what happens to each contact from the moment they discover you until they buy and buy again, and when marketing, automation or the sales team steps in. At Trilogi we structure it with our four-stage AI growth funnel: Generation, Capture, Management and Conversion. Each with its own goals, content, tools and metrics.

The challenge

Signs your sales funnel needs a redesign

  1. 01

    Leads that don’t move forward

You generate contacts, but they sit idle in the CRM with no follow-up or criteria to prioritize them.

  2. 02

Marketing and sales out of sync

Each team has its own definition of a qualified lead and nobody knows where opportunities are lost.

  3. 03

    Same message for everyone

You send the same content to the contact who just discovered you and to the one about to buy.

  4. 04

    No visibility into conversion

You don’t know what percentage moves from one stage to the next or how much each customer really costs.

What we do

What we do when designing your sales funnel

A complete design, from strategy to measuring every stage.

01

Funnel map

We define the stages, the criteria for moving between them and the agreements between marketing and sales. The whole team speaks the same language.

02

Generation

We choose the channels and messages to attract your ideal customer, from SEO and content to paid campaigns. We attract qualified attention, not empty volume.

03

Capture

We design landing pages, forms, lead magnets and AI assistants that turn visits into contacts. We collect just the data needed for the next step.

04

Management

We build nurturing sequences, lead scoring and assignment rules in your CRM. Each contact gets what they need at their stage.

05

Conversion

We define offers, talking points, retargeting and closing automations. We help opportunities turn into sales and sales into repeat business.

06

Funnel measurement

We set up a dashboard with conversion by stage, velocity and cost. So you know where to act first.

Frequently asked questions

What we’re often asked.

What is a sales funnel?

It is the representation of the stages a person goes through from first hearing about your brand to buying. It’s called a funnel because at each stage some contacts move forward and others drop off. Designing it well lets you know how many move from one phase to the next, why they’re lost and what actions to take at each point to improve conversion.

What are the stages of a sales funnel?

There are many models. We work with four stages: Generation, where we attract qualified attention; Capture, where we turn that attention into contacts; Management, where we nurture and qualify those contacts; and Conversion, where the sale happens and repeat business kicks in. Each stage has its own content, tools and metrics.

What’s the difference between a B2B and a B2C sales funnel?

In B2C, decisions tend to be faster and individual, and the funnel relies on advertising, offers and cart automations. In B2B, several people are involved, cycles are longer and valuable content, lead scoring and coordination with the sales team matter more. The design adapts to each case.

What tools do I need to implement the funnel?

At a minimum, a website with landing pages and forms, a CRM and an automation tool. Often you already have them and they just need to be connected properly. We’re platform-agnostic: we work with your current stack or recommend the best fit, and integrate everything so data flows between marketing and sales.

How does AI help in a sales funnel?

AI helps personalize messages based on each contact’s behavior, score leads more accurately, answer questions instantly with conversational agents and spot conversion patterns that are easy to miss. Always with human oversight and clear rules about what the machine decides and what your team decides.
