First-party audiences for more profitable marketing
With third-party cookies being phased out and ad platforms increasingly automated, the quality of the signals you feed them makes the difference. Whoever feeds the algorithms good first-party data buys better. An audience strategy organizes that data: who buys from you, who’s about to, who’s worth more and who’s cooling off. On that basis we build actionable segments and sync them with your campaigns and owned channels, so every euro you invest goes to the people most likely to convert.

The challenge
Problems we solve with your audiences
- 01
Untapped data
You have customers, orders and web behavior in different systems, but your campaigns don’t use them.
- 02
Gut-feeling targeting
Audiences based on age or generic interests rather than actual behavior and value.
- 03
Signal loss
Incomplete measurement due to cookies and consent leaves platforms optimizing blind.
- 04
Same message for everyone
Loyal customers, new visitors and lapsed buyers all get the same ad and the same offer.
Don’t talk to everyone. Talk to the people who matter.
What we do
What we do in your audience strategy
From data to activation, with privacy and measurement built in by design.
Data and signal audit
We review what data you have, where it lives, how it’s collected and under what consent. We identify measurement gaps that hurt your campaigns.
First-party audience architecture
We unify eCommerce, CRM, email and web data to build a usable base of customers and visitors. With clear update and privacy rules.
Segments by intent and value
We create segments based on buying stage, categories of interest, recency, frequency and value. Each segment has its own goal and message.
Lookalikes and similar audiences
We use your best customers as a seed to find similar profiles on Google, Meta and other platforms. Acquisition from a better starting point.
Channel activation
We sync audiences with Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, email, WhatsApp and website personalization. The same segment, consistent across every touchpoint.
Measurement and advanced conversions
We implement enhanced conversions and the Conversions API to send quality signal back to the platforms. We measure performance by audience, not just by campaign.

Frequently asked questions
What we’re often asked.
What is an audience strategy?
It is the plan to identify, build and activate groups of people with shared characteristics or behaviors, in order to target them with tailored messages and spend. It involves deciding which data to use, how to segment, on which channels to activate each audience and how to measure its performance. Done well, it improves campaign efficiency and communication relevance.
What is first-party data?
It is the data your company collects directly from its customers and visitors, with their consent: purchases, sign-ups, browsing on your website, email interactions or customer service. It is more reliable and durable than third-party data, and has become the foundation for segmentation and measurement as third-party cookies are phased out.
What is a lookalike audience?
It is an audience that ad platforms generate by finding users similar to a seed list you provide, such as your best customers. The better the seed, the more useful the lookalike audience. That’s why it’s best to build it from high-value customers rather than all buyers.
How is it different from ICP segmentation?
The ICP defines which type of company or customer you want to target strategically, especially in B2B. Audience strategy works at an operational level: it builds specific groups of people from data and activates them across channels and campaigns. They complement each other: the ICP sets direction and audiences execute.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, as long as data is collected with a proper legal basis and consent, and shared with platforms through secure mechanisms such as identifier hashing. We review consent management on your website and the setup of each integration so audience activation complies with privacy regulations.
