New year, new challenges for TLG Commerce

As a new year begins, TLG Commerce CEO Màrius Rossell gathered part of the company’s team to review last year’s results and present the challenges for 2017. The Transparency session, as he likes to call it, opened with words of praise: “the quality of the team’s work improves every day”.

Rossell stated with satisfaction that the LogiCommerce management software has reached the desired level of development to take on new challenges, and that the hosting platform it runs on (AWS) ensures the best response to the needs of the online stores of the major brands that trust TLG Commerce. According to Màrius Rossell, the time has come to unleash the platform’s full potential and offer the solution to companies looking for an eCommerce management tool that lets them focus on selling and forget about technology.

TLG clients must get the most out of the solution

He recalled that TLG Commerce’s goal is for its clients to focus on selling their products, serving their customers and running innovative, creative campaigns with no digital limits. Rossell encouraged the team to keep refining every detail of the LogiCommerce solution and, above all, to go the extra mile in customer care. Clients, he said, “must always get the answer they need to make the most of LogiCommerce, which is why our Help Desk has to be the best”.

The CEO announced that development of a new product meeting the eCommerce sector’s most immediate future needs has been completed. He also opened the door to entering new markets in the not-too-distant future. But he insisted that this year the company must focus on improving communication: “We now know that the work we’ve done all this time is very good, so it’s time to tell people about it.” The work done since 1999 has been carried out quietly, and now that it’s earning praise from major brands, it’s time to showcase LogiCommerce and all the services the agency provides.

In 2017 TLG Commerce begins a new chapter with a change of company name, leaving behind the Trilogi trade name to present itself, in Spain too, as what it really is: a global agency offering solutions to companies that sell anywhere in the world.
