Grup Galceran, franchise partner of clothing brand GAP, chooses Trilogi to launch its new eCommerce in Spain and Portugal

We’re celebrating the launch of the first GAP online store in Spain and Portugal, developed by our team on the LogiCommerce platform. The whole Trilogi family is proud to be the digital partner of Grup Galceran, GAP’s franchise partner in Spain and Portugal, in this commitment to the market and its omnichannel expansion in these countries.

The American clothing brand has landed in the Spanish and Portuguese markets through its franchisee Grup Galceran. GAP thus strengthens its offering in a market that has seen clear growth in recent years.

GAP, founded in 1969 in San Francisco, started out focused on denim fashion for both women and men. Its international success has led to divisions for Adult, Teen, Baby, Kids and Toddler, as well as categories such as Denim, Logo, Khaki, GapFit, GapBody and Gap Maternity.

This project strengthens GAP’s omnichannel strategy through a website with a very comprehensive product catalog, free returns and in-store order pickup. A major challenge for the brand, which has also launched a new loyalty program where customers can earn exclusive rewards as GAP members and get 200 points the moment they sign up, redeemable both in physical stores (except Outlet stores) and in the online store.

“It’s been a real challenge, the end result is spectacular and we’re very proud to be part of the launch of GAP’s online store in Spain and Portugal as technology partners,” says Pilar Garcia, Project Manager at Trilogi.

This new launch was made possible by the joint work of Grup Galceran and Trilogi – The Digital Agency, who collaborated to launch an eCommerce store that meets GAP’s growing demand in Spain and Portugal.

With the launch of the website and loyalty program, Grup Galceran reinforces its commitment to offering premium products and omnichannel experiences across the Iberian Peninsula. This launch is part of the brand expansion Grup Galceran has planned for the coming years in Spain and Portugal, with steady, sustained growth in the market.
