We wanted a change of platform; we were looking for something easier and more intuitive to use than Magento.
Great results after migrating from Magento 1.9 to LogiCommerce:
Briefing
The client had an eCommerce site developed in Magento 1.9, which involved high maintenance costs and needed to be updated as it was in a version without maintenance, with potential security and evolutionary problems.
The printed boxes could not be purchased online, and only half of the orders came via the website; the rest came through stores, telephone, and email. This required allocating significant resources and incurred high operating costs that affected their margin.
Strategy and services
Trilogi challenge Trilogi to create a functional eCommerce platform by migrating from Magento 1.9 to LogiCommerce, with several integrations with its ERP and its configurator solution, which would adapt to all its needs. For example, there were eight different models of custom boxes, on-demand stock management, a PHP calculator to calculate prices or prices with and without VAT, in addition to many other requirements.
The final project had to meet the client's requirements, improving the usability of their eCommerce, optimizing resources through integrations, reducing TCO, and offering a solution designed for the B2B audience, which accounts for 80% of their turnover.

It is a difficult sector and it is hard to find agencies with this track record. They quickly understood our needs and what we were looking for in order to have a good packaging eCommerce site.
What were the main reasons that led you to trust Trilogi?
The main reason for trusting Trilogi the confidence that the team showed us from the very beginning. Starting with Marius, their CEO, and the entire team, they quickly understood our needs and what we were looking for in order to have a good packaging website. Ultimately, when you have an e-commerce business, your website needs to function well in order to be successful. In addition to the confidence they instilled in us, another reason was the number of years they have been in the market. It is a difficult sector and it is hard to find agencies with this track record. Finally, the value for money they offered us also made us trust the agency.
What has your experience been like working with Trilogi, and what would you highlight about the service and support you received?
We weren't looking for a supplier, but rather a partner whose team was closely aligned with Kartox. Now, I am convinced that we are all one team with the same goals. The Trilogi team Trilogi just as motivated as the Kartox team, so we always seek the best solutions to any problem.
TLG Commerce offers its own software through Trilogi The eCommerce Agency, which you have decided to integrate into your solution. What would you highlight about LogiCommerce?
After using software such as Magento, we decided to switch for several reasons, but the main one is the agility in changes and integrations. The fact that the eCommerce agency knows the software so well is an advantage, because when we have a problem or need an improvement, they look for the solution internally, so there are no misunderstandings between teams, which had happened to us internally. Currently, if we have one obsession, it is to minimize the number of teams involved in decision-making, so this agility allows you to execute projects quickly, which is very necessary in today's rapidly changing environment.
Would you recommend Trilogi?
Of course I would recommend Trilogi. In fact, I always recommend them and always highlight their proximity, agility, and common sense as their main characteristics.
