Francisco Nieto, known as “FRANK”, went into business in 1987 under the name of Frank Chicos. Now in the hands of a second generation, the innovative, specialized concept known today as Frank Store has been developed.
Frank Store has a physical store in Ourense and sells more than 30 premium menswear labels online. Its years offline and its arrival online have made it one of the top multi-brand online stores in its sector in Galicia.

In order to grow in the online sphere, Frank Store decided to change its technology provider and place its confidence in TLG Commerce to supply it with the tools it needed to handle the whole order process and launch a new Commerce to allow it to boost sales, conversion and positioning.

What were your main reasons for choosing TLG Commerce?
It was a recommendation by an acquaintance of ours who works with you and was very pleased with the services you provided. On the basis of this recommendation we did a little more research and this convinced us to choose you as an option to make our project grow. The sales team was crucial in our decision as the sales management was impeccable.
How was your experience of working with TLG Commerce, and what would you highlight about the service and attention you got?
The way we worked with TLG Commerce was different from the other companies we had been used to working with. As it is an international firm everything is very much based on procedures and if you aren’t used to this you have to adapt. Once we understood the company’s way of working we were very pleased with the work we have done together with TLG Commerce.
TLG Commerce also offers its own software solution, which you decided to use in your site. What would you highlight about LogiCommerce?
The main advantage we found in LogiCommerce is the autonomy of its backoffice, as this is a highly intuitive tool which provides access to all the data in the Commerce. As marketing professionals, we would also highlight the possibility of scaling and being able to pursue your own marketing strategies using the same tool.

Yes, totally. And our idea is to carry on being ambitious and seek more synergies to allow us to take our project even further.
