The campaign\u2019s success can be summed up in three points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the work of the store\u2019s managers, using Trilogi\u2019s (TLG) management tool, LogiCommerce 8.5,<\/li>\n<li>the performance of the platform, which ensured a flawless response to the huge surge in traffic,<\/li>\n<li>and the collaboration between the store\u2019s managers and Trilogi\u2019s (TLG) technical team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work, planning and collaboration between the online store and the software provider are the keys to successful campaigns limited only by the project\u2019s ambition, since Trilogi\u2019s (TLG) tool can serve projects of any volume.<\/p>\n<p>DavidChristianMadrid\u2019s \u201cEverything at 100\u201d followed these principles. The campaign\u2019s critical points were analyzed beforehand, prices were worked out and measures were taken to avoid a slow store or errors. The decision was made to scale up the servers for 48 hours, since shoppers were expected to visit the store before the promotion began to calmly pick the items they would later add to their cart. In their social media comments they shared their experience, a very direct way to gauge user satisfaction.
