The panel featuring Lloren\u00e7 Palomas<\/strong> will be moderated by Jos\u00e9 Luis Ferrero<\/strong>, eCommerce Director at Philips<\/strong>. It also includes David Valero<\/strong>, Sales Director at Ricoh<\/strong>, and Jose Javier Rubio<\/strong>, President of Comerzzia<\/strong>. The debate will take place at 1:30 p.m. in the forum\u2019s Omnichannel<\/a> session; the forum also hosts sessions on Customer and Innovation with other leading experts.<\/p>\n

Retail Forum, a think tank for retailers<\/h2>\n

The retail industry\u2019s think tank will bring together more than 700 retailers. This year, the organizers continue to put forward discussion topics to find good answers to the demands of the new consumer. \u201cBrands,\u201d says M\u00f3nica Garc\u00eda, Chief Conference & Training Officer at iKN Spain<\/strong>, \u201care looking for ways to combine their offline and online commercial activity.\u201d That\u2019s why the forum focuses on topics that bring personalized, automated technology solutions so customers can meet their needs both in physical stores and online.<\/p>\n

One of the challenges for new retailers is applying solutions that, thanks to Big Data and mobile devices, make it easier to cross-reference information. That way, brands can know which products interest their customers, and customers can receive information and promotions that give them a more personal shopping experience tailored to their needs.<\/p>\n
